The 2nd Yellow Card Send Off Revisited. (12-5-08)
Beginning with the 2012 Season, a 2nd yellow card is a send off and the team plays short.
In the world we normally operate in, a 2nd yellow card is a send off, a reduction  of players on the team for that game, and a one game sit out.

BUT, under NCS interpretations, a player sent off for a 2nd Yellow Card may be allowed to play the next game if there is no violation of NCS Ejection Policy.
NOTE: Each Section has a separate policy for Red Cards, DO NOT Tell a coach a player has to sit out a game, tell him to ask his AD per Section Policy.
