ABOUT US

Serving scholastic soccer across the Amador, San Ramon, and Livermore Valleys, the Tri Valley Soccer Referee Association (TVSRA) has been a trusted provider of quality officiating since 19XX. For decades, TVSRA has supported middle school and high school soccer programs throughout the South-East Bay by supplying trained, reliable, and professional referees.

Our officials are committed to upholding the integrity of the game while delivering a positive experience for players, coaches, and schools at every level of competition. Through ongoing training, mentorship, and adherence to the highest officiating standards, TVSRA continues to be a cornerstone of scholastic soccer in the Tri-Valley region.

We owe a tremendous debt of gratitude to Terry for his wisdom, dedication, and foresight. As one of the most experienced figures in the soccer referee community, Terry answered the call of local schools looking to start soccer programs but unsure where to find qualified officials. For more than 30 years, he managed the association from top to bottom—overseeing assignments, instruction, and support for both schools and referees—while still stepping onto the field himself. Terry’s leadership and commitment laid the foundation for the Tri Valley Soccer Referee Association and established the standards of integrity, reliability, and excellence that continue to define it today.
